Ok so I fibbed I guess this will be my last post for awhile! I was
making my christmas treats for a few friends and before I knew it I was
snapping pictures while trying to cook.
So anyways today's treat is delicious and it's healthy! What?! Yes that's true!

Cupcakes are one of my favorite desserts but since I am trying to be healthier I had been wondering how I can cut calories but at the same time not spend a ton of time baking. Well my fantastic Googling skills paid off becuase today's Chrismakkuh project is almost too good to be true!

Health Bent
It's no longer about being skinny it's about living a
healthy lifestyle through exercising, healthy eating habits and careful
planning. Sorry for not posting yesterday but I had a killer math test to
study for! Anyways, "skinny" is totally out of season and healthy is
the new trend that's here to stay! I've tried just about every fad diet
possible from green tea to the Hollywood diet and as some of you know they're
just quick fixes. Sure it's great for a few weeks but what about afterwards?
Sound familiar? It's no fun being on a diet I mean the word itself is such a
drag.

So last night as I was writing today's post I totally got ahead of myself and realized that to shop for healthy products you need to learn the basics of food labels. Yea I know it kind of sucks but you just have to do it and trust me you'll be better off for it in the future :)
